"Finally a company that understands what real customer service is like. I rented a piece of equipment that had some issues once I got it home. I live a fair distance away so I took some time to fix a few things. When using the equipment I missed one plate that was not properly attached. The unit shifted to a side, the drive shaft from the tractor was therefore out of alignment and snapped. I took the equipment back this morning. I was worried how much the broken shaft was going to cost. The minute I told the man at the counter that I had some trouble, he called their head mechanic. I took him outside to show what happened. Both gentlemen apologized for the problem and had the same concern...did I get my job done. Believe me, they have earned a loyal customer. It was a great way to start the day."
