We're BlueWaters Equipment Rental, and we've been a party equipment rental service in Cookeville, TN, since 1999. We offer a wide selection of services, including equipment for fairs, festivals, carnivals, and school events. We offer everything from popcorn machines and popcorn bags to bounce houses and water slides. We even provide equipment rentals to help you get the job done faster! Finally a company that understands what real customer service is like. I rented a piece of equipment that had some issues once I got it home. I live a fair distance away so I took some time to fix a few things. When using the equipment I missed one plate that was not properly attached. The unit shifted to a side, the drive shaft from the tractor was therefore out of alignment and snapped. I took the equipment back this morning. I was worried how much the broken shaft was going to cost. The minute I told the man at the counter that I had some trouble, he called their head mechanic. I took him outside to show what happened. Both gentlemen apologized for the problem and had the same concern...did I get my job done. Believe me, they have earned a loyal customer. It was a great way to start the day.

Blue Water Rental is the best in Cookeville. Last year I rented a tiller for my garden and when I got the tiller the belt broke right away. I called the office and took it back and I told them I didn’t want my money back just store credit. Next weekend I was off I rented the tiller and got my garden done. They are the best. This coming Friday I will be getting a tow behind man lift to paint my house. They already let me pay for it Monday and pick it up Friday. Awesome place to do business with
